Pharmacy assistant

Jean Coutu 405 in Saint John, NB is seeking a self-motivated Pharmacy assistant. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare medications for clients.
• The candidate must compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products.
• The candidate must bill third-party insurers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
• Or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
