Nautilus Plus in Boucherville, QC is seeking a self-motivated Personal trainer. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, Shift shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness, or sports activities and techniques.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must plan and carry out recreational, fitness, and sports activities.
• The candidate must lead and instruct groups.
• The candidate must lead and instruct individuals.
• The candidate must provide lifestyle awareness information.
• The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
• The candidate must monitor recreational, sports, or fitness activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required.
• The candidate must design and develop programs.
• The candidate must assess patients’ physical abilities.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a fitness centre to assist clients with exercise programs, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for all members.
• The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
• The candidate must work in a private business to perform operational tasks, support management, and contribute to business success.
