With Love Group ltd. is situated in Winnipeg, MB and is hiring a Personal support worker - home support to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Term or contractPart time leading to full time. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Flexible hours, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must administer bedside and personal care to clients.
• The candidate must administer medications as prescribed.
• The candidate must assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
• The candidate must change non-sterile dressings.
• The candidate must feed or assist in feeding.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must provide companionship.
• The candidate must provide personal care.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate must be able to handle weights between 45 and 60 kg (100-132 lbs).
• The candidate must be able to handle weights between 61 and 80 kg (133-176 lbs).
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
