Vinod Shah ( Fonthill, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Personal support worker - home support. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Term or contractPart time. Required shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must administer bedside and personal care to clients.
• The candidate must assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
• The candidate must collect specimens.
• The candidate must launder clothing and household linens.
• The candidate must provide companionship.
• The candidate must provide personal care.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
