Payloader operator

NORTHWIND TRANSPORT LTD ( Timmins, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Payloader operator. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate heavy equipment.
• The candidate must clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks.
• The candidate must complete onboard and other logs.
• The candidate must conduct pre-operational checks on equipment.
• The candidate must operate two-way radios and other communication equipment.
• The candidate must perform minor repairs to equipment.
• The candidate must operate hydraulic pumping systems.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
