Job Description

  • The candidate must perform general office duties.
  • The candidate must identify, label, and catalogue received items.
  • The candidate must issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use.
  • The candidate must maintain records within the inventory control system.
  • The candidate must prepare and monitor work orders.
  • The candidate must prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
  • The candidate must process incoming requisitions.
  • The candidate must receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
  • The candidate must ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment.
  • The candidate must store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must be fluent in French.
  • The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
  • Or equivalent experience.
  • The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • The candidate must be dependable.
