Job Description

  • The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
  • The candidate must clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse.
  • The candidate must perform general office duties.
  • The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
  • The candidate must advise on use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
  • The candidate must handle cash transactions accurately.
  • The candidate must issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use.
  • The candidate must maintain records within the inventory control system.
  • The candidate must prepare and monitor work orders.
  • The candidate must prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
