Jennifer Carr Painting in Calgary, AB is seeking a self-motivated Painter. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Overtime required, Overtime available, , 08:30 to 17:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare, clean, and sand surfaces prior to painting.
• The candidate must repair cracks and holes in walls, floors, or surfaces.
• The candidate must mix paint to achieve the desired color and texture.
• The candidate must advise consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings.
• The candidate must apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must be able to work at heights.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
