TARGET INTERNATIONAL IMMIGRATION SERVICES in Mississauga, ON is seeking a self-motivated Operations supervisor. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop specific plans to prioritize.
• The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• The candidate must train workers in duties and policies.
• The candidate must ensure smooth operation of equipment.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must arrange for maintenance and repair work.
• The candidate must prepare and submit progress and other reports.
• The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must show initiative.
