Recreational therapist

Vancouver Coastal Health in Sechelt, BC is seeking a self-motivated Recreational therapist. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment - Part time.

Job Description

• The candidate must consult with other healthcare professionals to evaluate treatment plans.
• The candidate must accurately record observations.
• The candidate must review reports from healthcare professionals to determine patients’ current and potential functioning levels.
• The candidate must write detailed progress reports.
• The candidate must prepare individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• The candidate must implement approved treatment plans.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
