IMMEUBLES DESERRES ( Montréal, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Operations director - construction services. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
• The candidate must plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress.
• The candidate must prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
• The candidate must establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control.
• The candidate must develop risk management plans.
• The candidate must plan development projects.
• The candidate must plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must identify and advise on anticipated natural risks.
• The candidate must prepare reports for senior management.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be accountable.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in renovation to repair, update, or improve residential or commercial properties, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• The candidate must work on a construction site.
