Operations chief

LABOSPORT CANADA in Montréal, QC is seeking a self-motivated Operations chief. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must manage the operations of a department providing multiple administrative services.
• The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
• The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
