Solid Foundations Montessori School Inc in Birds Hill, MB is seeking a self-motivated Office supervisor. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop specific plans to prioritize.
• The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• The candidate must train workers in duties and policies.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must ensure smooth operation of equipment.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must arrange for maintenance and repair work.
• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
