Obstetrician-gynecologist

Brockville General Hospital ( Brockville, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Obstetrician-gynecologist. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Day, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must diagnose diseases and physiological disorders.
• The candidate must prescribe post-operation medication and treatment.
• The candidate must supervise surgical procedures.
• The candidate must prepare research papers for publication and presentation.
• The candidate must act as consultants to other physicians.
• The candidate must order laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a hospital (staff position) to assess and manage medical treatment, provide ongoing care to support diagnosis and treatment, and assist patients during their recovery.
• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
