Nursery worker foreman/woman

DBA: Manderley Turf Products Inc in Morinville, AB is seeking a self-motivated Nursery worker foreman/woman. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Seasonal employment or Full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must schedule work.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must repair and maintain equipment.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise nursery and greenhouse workers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be flexible.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must work in hot conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
