Keeping house is situated in Nanaimo, BC and is hiring a Nurse aide to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must perform other duties related to patient care and comfort.
• The candidate must take patients’ blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• The candidate must serve meal trays and feed patients.
• The candidate must weigh, lift, turn, and position patients.
• The candidate must make beds and maintain patients’ rooms.
• The candidate must maintain inventory of supplies.
• The candidate must bathe, dress, and groom patients.
• The candidate must transport patients in wheelchairs or stretchers.
• The candidate must answer call signals to determine patients’ needs.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
