Nail salon supervisor

Oceanmoon Nails & Spa ( Calgary, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Nail salon supervisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
• The candidate must be the point of contact to handle emergency situations.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must perform pedicures.
• The candidate must perform manicures.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
