Urban Nails Bar in Edmonton, AB is inviting applications for the position of Nail salon manager. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must plan and control budget and inventory.
• The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
• The candidate must perform pedicures.
• The candidate must perform manicures.
• The candidate must make custom designs for clients.
• The candidate must clean, trim, and polish nails.
• The candidate must provide gel and acrylic nail extensions.
• The candidate must apply or remove artificial nails and nail art.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.

• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a beauty shop or aesthetic service performing skin care treatments and chemical procedures such as skin peels, hair removal, and waxing.
