VALEMOUNT HOTEL in Valemount, BC is seeking a self-motivated Motel manager. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Evening, Shift, To be determined shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
• The candidate must conduct training sessions.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must prepare marketing plans.
• The candidate must enforce policies and procedures.
• The candidate must develop and implement business plans.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
