Mechanical engineer

ALSTOM Transport Canada Inc ( Saint-Bruno, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Mechanical engineer. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of mechanisms, components, and systems.
• The candidate must plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost, and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications for machinery and systems.
• The candidate must supervise technicians, technologists, and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations, and cost estimates.
• The candidate must consult with suppliers.
• The candidate must document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
