Chura Crescendo in Vancouver, BC is seeking a self-motivated Manager, hairstyling salon. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
• The candidate must plan and control budget and inventory.
• The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must suggest hairstyles compatible with clients’ physical features and preferences.
• The candidate must cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair.
• The candidate must analyze hair and scalp conditions to determine appropriate treatments.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio, performing hair care services in a well-organized environment and maintaining tools and equipment properly to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
