Aura Wellness Clinic in Burnaby, BC is seeking a self-motivated Manager, beauty shop. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime available, , 10:00 to 18:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
• The candidate must plan and control budget and inventory.
• The candidate must manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
• The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must perform eyelash extensions.
• The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a beauty shop or aesthetic service performing skin care treatments and chemical procedures such as skin peels, hair removal, and waxing.
• The candidate should work in a tattoo studio; most tattoo artists work in tattoo studios, usually small and clean environments in metropolitan areas.
