Jean fait tout inc in Parc-Bon-Air, QC is inviting applications for the position of Maintenance joiner. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Flexible hours, To be determined, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs.
• The candidate must read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements.
• The candidate must measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
• The candidate must prepare tenders and quotations.
• The candidate must fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
• The candidate must instruct apprentices.
• The candidate must supervise other workers.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
• The candidate must work in renovation to repair, update, or improve residential or commercial properties, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• The candidate must work in residential settings, performing tasks on one-, two-, and three-family dwellings.
