Job Description

  • The candidate must compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts.
  • The candidate must read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables.
  • The candidate must repair machine tools and parts.
  • The candidate must set up and adjust production machineries/tools.
  • The candidate must fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance.
  • The candidate must verify dimensions of machined parts using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers).
  • The candidate must set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools.
  • The candidate must verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
