Job Description
- The candidate must recommend measures to improve work methods.
- The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- The candidate must establish work schedules.
- The candidate must oversee the safety of operations.
- The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
- The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.
- The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
- The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.

- The candidate must be fluent in French.
- The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
- The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.

Work Site Environment
- The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

Work Setting
- The candidate should work in staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.
- The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
- The candidate must work from a remote location, performing their duties from a site other than the employerβs central office while maintaining productivity and communication.
