Team Liquor Ltd. is situated in Lloydminster, AB and is hiring a Liquor store supervisor to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design teams.
• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
• The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
