Wok Box in Saint John, NB is seeking a self-motivated Line cook. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time. Flexible availability required for: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
