Mama Mia Italian Kitchen is situated in Cochrane, AB and is hiring a Line cook to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
