Lokanta Café in St. Catharines, ON is seeking a self-motivated Line cook. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Term or contractFull time employment. Flexible availability required for: Overtime required, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, , 12:00 to 22:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
