Ruby Jade Janitorial Services ( Whitehorse, YT) is currently looking for a skilled Light duty cleaner. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Evening shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must dust furniture.
• The candidate must vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• The candidate must clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• The candidate must disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
• The candidate must clean and disinfect elevators.
• The candidate must handle and report lost and found items accurately.
• The candidate must pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must wash windows, walls, and ceilings.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
