Lift truck operator

Patates Dolbec inc. is situated in Saint-Ubalde, QC and is hiring a Lift truck operator to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Term or contractFull time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and move products and materials manually or using basic material handling equipment.
• The candidate must operate various equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
• The candidate must store cargo and materials.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
• The candidate should work in a warehouse, which can be a noisy, busy place to work, with hundreds of warehouse operatives, pickers, and packers, working alongside many forklift truck drivers who are moving pallets between shelves.
