Lifeguard

H2O is situated in Québec, QC and is hiring a Lifeguard to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must schedule activities.
• The candidate must assist with coordination of recreational, sport, and fitness events.
• The candidate must lead and instruct groups.
• The candidate must lead and instruct individuals.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in wet or damp conditions.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a fitness centre to assist clients with exercise programs, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for all members.
• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
• The candidate must work in a swimming pool or centre to maintain facilities, supervise activities, and ensure safety.
