Job Description
- The candidate must interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to plan methods or sequences of operation.
- The candidate must operate heavy equipment.
- The candidate must read blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
- The candidate must clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks.
- The candidate must measure distance, volume, length, and weight.
- The candidate must operate computer-controlled equipment.
- The candidate must understand the purpose and proper use of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- The candidate must conduct pre-operational checks on equipment.
- The candidate must prepare accident reports.
- The candidate must secure special attachments to equipment.
- The candidate must operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment.
- The candidate must perform minor repairs to equipment.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
Work Site Environment
- The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
- The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
