Mr. Linen Laundry Service is situated in Etobicoke, ON and is hiring a Laundry supervisor to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Shift shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must monitor quality and production levels.
• The candidate must resolve product and service-related problems.
• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must monitor and inspect work.
• The candidate must inspect finished products for proper functioning.
• The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• The candidate must ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• The candidate must ensure smooth operation of equipment.
• The candidate must ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must requisition materials and supplies.
• The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must perform the same duties as workers supervised.
• The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must have strong time management skills.
