S.S. Johal Landscaping Ltd is situated in Vancouver, BC and is hiring a Landscaper to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must trim trees to achieve desired pruning objectives, such as crown cleaning, thinning, raising, reduction, restoration, espalier pruning, or vista pruning.
• The candidate must water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
• The candidate must apply lawn care products such as fertilizers and pesticides.
• The candidate must apply various treatments to trees, such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas, and injecting treatment solutions.
• The candidate must examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease.
• The candidate must plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental, and other purposes.
• The candidate must plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens.
• The candidate must plant and move trees.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
