Landscape worker

Lanix Services in Maple Ridge, BC is inviting applications for the position of Landscape worker. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must assist with landscape constructions.
• The candidate must weed, prune, and trim trees and plants.
• The candidate must cut grass.
• The candidate must rake and collect refuse.
• The candidate must remove litter and garbage.
• The candidate must cart and spread topsoil and other materials.
• The candidate must plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• The candidate must repair and maintain equipment.
• The candidate must operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate must be willing to walk for long periods of time.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.

Transportation/travel information

• The candidate must have their own transportation.
• The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.
