Job Description

The candidate must coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure organizational goals are met.
The candidate must plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs.

The candidate must research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
The candidate must coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
The candidate must research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes.
The candidate must negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
