Job Description
- The candidate must charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
- The candidate must prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records.
- The candidate must resolve delivery and supplier issues.
- The candidate must set up and maintain inventory control systems.
- The candidate must verify stock availability from current inventories.
- The candidate must compile inventory reports.
- The candidate must conduct quality control.
- The candidate must monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks.
- The candidate must pack items for shipping and distribution.
- The candidate must place stock on shelves.
- The candidate must unpack goods received.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
