Inventory clerk

iInventory Solutions in Hamilton, ON is inviting applications for the position of Inventory clerk. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment - Part time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Day, Night, Weekend, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must record the quantity, type, and value of stock on hand using computerized or manual inventory systems.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be versatile.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
• The candidate should work in an industrial facility or any establishment engaged in manufacturing or processing, including, but not limited to, factories, foundries, mills, processing plants, refineries, mines and slaughterhouses.
• The candidate must work in a retail service establishment.

• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
