Modersy Interior Ltd. ( Calgary, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Interior designer. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must estimate the cost of projects.
• The candidate must prepare detailed specifications for projects or tasks.
• The candidate must work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• The candidate must create interior spaces that reflect clients’ needs and tastes.
• The candidate must read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• The candidate must advise on the selection of colors, finishes, materials, lighting, furniture, and other items, considering ergonomic and occupational health standards.
• The candidate must consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of space.
• The candidate must develop detailed plans and 3-D models showing the arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting, and other fixtures.
• The candidate must develop plans, elevations, cross-sections, and detailed drawings.
