Job Description

The candidate must guide growing shoots into optimal development positions.
The candidate must harvest seedlings.
The candidate must be familiar with soil fertility programs.
The candidate must assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures.
The candidate must provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.
The candidate must co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
The candidate must maintain quality control and production records.
The candidate must hire and train staff.
The candidate must perform general farm duties.
The candidate must cut horticultural crops.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
The candidate must be well-organized.
The candidate must be a good team player.
