Job Description
- The candidate must perform routine clerical duties.
- The candidate must process files and paperwork.
- The candidate must provide information on available materials.
- The candidate must prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records.
- The candidate must conduct quality control.
- The candidate must monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks.
- The candidate must pack items for shipping and distribution.
- The candidate must prepare requisition orders to replenish stock.
- The candidate must record the quantity, type, and value of stock on hand using computerized or manual inventory systems.
- The candidate must unpack goods received.
- The candidate must verify receipts and packing slips.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- Or equivalent experience.
