Job Description

The candidate must assess potential institutional, business, or individual client markets.
The candidate must calculate premiums accurately.
The candidate must establish client insurance coverage.
The candidate must establish methods of payment.
The candidate must identify potential markets.
The candidate must ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations, and other policy requirements are completed.
The candidate must monitor insurance claims and respond to clients’ enquiries.
The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
The candidate must provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features.
The candidate must sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.

Work Setting

The candidate must be able to work in an on-site customer service environment, such as an office or business location.
