Industrial engineer

Nugen ( Windsor, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Industrial engineer. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Morning, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must conduct studies to determine optimum inventory levels and machinery and resource utilization.
• The candidate must design manufacturing systems to optimize the use of computer networks, robots, and materials.
• The candidate must find ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes.
• The candidate must plan plant layouts and facilities.
• The candidate must supervise technicians, technologists, analysts, administrative staff, and other engineers.
• The candidate must develop flexible or integrated manufacturing systems and procedures.
• The candidate must design and conduct time studies and work simplification programs.
• The candidate must conduct studies on the reliability and performance of plant facilities.
• The candidate must establish programs and conduct studies to enhance industrial health and safety and identify fire and other hazards.

• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• The candidate must be accurate.
