Job Description

The candidate must measure and lay out reference points for installation.
The candidate must assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components.
The candidate must coach and instruct apprentices.
The candidate must measure, cut, and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment.
The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
The candidate must start up systems and test for leaks using testing devices.
The candidate must perform maintenance such as recharging systems with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators, or calibrating systems.
The candidate must interpret gas codes.
The candidate must handle, recover, and store refrigerants.
The candidate must repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
Equivalent experience is acceptable.

Work Setting

The candidate must be able to work in an on-site customer service environment, such as an office or business location.
