Optimum Mechancial Ltd in Surrey, BC is seeking a self-motivated HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) mechanic. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must install and overhaul heating systems.
• The candidate must install ventilation, air handling, and air conditioning systems.
• The candidate must interpret blueprints or other instructions to plan methods or sequences of operation.
• The candidate must read blueprints or other instructions to determine work requirements.
• The candidate must troubleshoot heating systems.
• The candidate must troubleshoot ventilation, air handling, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
