Housekeeping supervisor

OFT Experts en entretien ( Québec, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Housekeeping supervisor. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Term or contractFull time position. Shift timings include: Day, Evening, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• The candidate must assist cleaners in performing duties.
• The candidate must coordinate work activities with other departments.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
