Job Description

The candidate must establish operational procedures.
The candidate must select and purchase equipment and supplies.
The candidate must plan and co-ordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews.
The candidate must co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas.
The candidate must supervise staff.
The candidate must ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met.
The candidate must coordinate maintenance and repair services.
The candidate must conduct performance evaluations and appraisals.
The candidate must maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
The candidate must schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff.
The candidate must ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out.
The candidate must respond to complaints of guests.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
