House cleaner

Maid Rite Cleaners is situated in Charlottetown, PE and is hiring a House cleaner to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Day, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must dust furniture.
• The candidate must vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• The candidate must make beds and change sheets.
• The candidate must distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• The candidate must clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• The candidate must handle and report lost and found items accurately.
• The candidate must pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• The candidate must launder clothing and household linens.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate must wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
