Off the Road (OTR) tire technician

Coast Tire Inc. in Charlottetown, PE is inviting applications for the position of Off the Road (OTR) tire technician. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Morning, Day, On call, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids.
• The candidate must grease booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components of heavy equipment.
• The candidate must install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers or radiators.
• The candidate must provide on-site services.
• The candidate must repair and balance tires.
• The candidate must replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.

• The candidate must undergo a criminal record check.
• The candidate must be able to pass a driving record check (abstract).
